Does Blue Marble Water provide high quality water systems for local residences as well as businesses?
Yes, people need an easy-to-access source of refreshing, purified water in their homes so we offer a system that is affordable and does not require a service contract because of reliability and ease of use.
Is bottle-less water really better than traditional water coolers?
Definitely, bottle-less water coolers offer decreased costs, more convenience, and greater environmental benefits over traditional, plastic bottle water coolers. Plus, our state-of-the-art coolers use advanced technologies and stainless steel to eliminate your exposure to endocrine-disrupting and other chemicals that may leach into water from plastics, all of which works to provide you with the purest, healthiest, and best-tasting water possible.
What are the concerns with bottled water?
The most obvious problem with bottled water, and the water that is dispensed from bottled coolers, is bacteria growth. After bottled water has been filtered, it sits in the bottles unrefrigerated, which allows the growth of bacteria. Moreover, dirt, dust and airborne germs can easily enter the bottled water coolers through the large opening in the top of the cooler. When the bottles are changed, the neck of the bottled is rarely sanitized, and neither are the hands of the person changing the bottle. Consequently, whatever is on the neck of the bottle is now in your water storage tank. When was the last time you saw your bottled water company come out and clean, or sanitize, your cooler?
How do I know what the cost savings will be?
BMW is much less expensive than traditional bottled systems. Consider the costs of managing your bottled water inventory. It adds up fast, especially if you have multiple bottled water units. If you’d like more detail, please contact a sales representative for a free quote.
How are the water coolers installed?
We install our water coolers using highly reliable, food-grade polyethylene tubing and quick-connect fittings. Every cooler installation is slightly different. Our installations are similar to how your phone or computer lines have been installed throughout your office, and take approximately 45 to 90 minutes to install. In cases where the water coolers are not located in the kitchen, we will run the water lines over the dropped ceilings and inside the wall. We will then cut a small hole in the wall behind the cooler, put a color matched wall cover plate on it, and connect the water line to the back of the cooler. Our installations are always very professional and designed to satisfy customers in any type of office or warehouse environment.
Can BMW install a water cooler in a place that isn’t next to a water source?
Yes, most offices and homes have a water source that can be easily tapped for a BMW water system, and the source does not have to be nearby to the system location.
How do I know that Blue Marble Water will provide a quality product & superior customer service?
We offer all potential customers a NO COST NO OBLIGATION 5-DAY FREE TRIAL of our water and coffee equipment. This way you can test the quality of our product without any financial obligations. We also provide a Customer Satisfaction Guarantee document. This is a signed document which states that BMW will cover you 100% during your time with us. If you have any problems with the equipment, we will be at your office within 24 hours.
Do BMW bottle-less water cooler filters remove fluoride for the water?
Yes, the choice is yours. With BMW, you have the freedom to choose what type of cooler and filtration system best meets your needs. Coolers with a Reverse Osmosis remove fluoride from the tap water, while those that use an Ultrafine Membrane filter do not.
Who will change the filters on my water cooler?
Our expert technician will come on regularly scheduled visits to change your filters and perform preventative maintenance on your coolers, working to ensure your coolers are always functioning at their best and providing you with healthy, purified drinking water.
My municipal water service has issued a “boil advisory.” Can I still use my water cooler?
A boil advisory or alert is often issued when levels of microbial contaminants in the main water supply are at unsafe levels. You can continue to still use your BMW system (Reverse Osmosis system only). Please contact BMW if you are not sure which purification process you are using.
My drip tray is overflowing or draining water, what should I do?

I have black/brown particles floating in my water?
The outside portion of the faucet that is exposed to the air can accumulate a black harmless slime called manganese bacteria. This can be cleaned with a small eyeliner brush, toothbrush or Q-Tip with hydrogen peroxide or diluted bleach.
